Contract and Payment Process
- Sign a contract. I will go over the contract details with you. This will include all the design details and options, as well as the anticipated start date, and any other issues that need to be covered.
- Start Date. Projects are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis. Our crew will work on your project from start to finish. We do not hop back and forth between jobs. Small jobs take about a week, and large jobs take about two weeks.
- Deposit. If your start date is more than two weeks away from the time we sign the contract, then you will need to make a 10% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. This will secure your spot in our schedule.
- Payment. The payment is 50% up front and 50% when we finish. The first 50% must be paid at least one week prior to start. If you have already paid a 10% deposit, the remaining 40% will be due.
